Abstract: Introduction: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), formerly known as Wegener granulomatosis, is a multisystem disorder that mainly involves airways and kidneys. Oral GPA may present as ulcerations or strawberry gingivitis. Early diagnosis and intervention are crucial for overall prognosis.
