Rare manifestation of endometriosis causing complete recto-sigmoid obstruction: A case report

Abstract: HighlightsEndometriosis can cause complete bowel obstruction.Must be considered in the diagnosis of bowel obstruction.It can present with un typical symptoms of endometriosis.Surgical resection is the choice in case of complete obstruction.In case of bowel endometriosis Uterus and ovaries should be inspected.
