Rare Location and Clinical Presentation of Gout Disease: Distal Ulna Localized Gout Disease and Acute Gout Attack of the Wrist

Abstract: Gout is one of the most common inflammatory arthritis in adults. This disorder is caused by the accumulation of monosodium urate crystals in soft tissues and joints because of the hyperuricemia. One of the lower extremity joint especially the first metatarsophalangeal joint is affected by more than 75% of the gout attacks.
