Abstract:This article presents two cases of ectopic pregnancy in the ovary and rudimentary horn, which had a life-threatening course. Despite availability of modern high-quality diagnostics, determining the condition remains challenging, because the definitive diagnosis is established and confirmed only intraoperatively.
