Rare case of retropubic parasymphyseal cyst in a male patient

Abstract: Introduction Retropubic parasymphyseal cysta are rare, and few cases have been reported in men. Case presentation A 65‐year‐old male patient presented with a 6‐month history of pelvic and perineal pain. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a high‐intensity, irregular‐shaped mass extending from the pubic symphysis to the bladder.
