Rapid synthesis of cyclopropane-dipeptide analogues

Abstract

The synthesis of cyclopropane-substituted nitrile-dipeptides is reported. The straightforward transformation of the nitrile function into an amide or methylketone function leads to dipeptide analogues of potentially interesting pharmacologic profile.
