Rapid Scotch Whisky Analysis and Authentication using Desorption Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionisation Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Whisky, as a high value product, is often adulterated, with adverse economic effects for both producers and consumers as well as potential public health impacts.
