Rapid Recovery of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in Scrub Typhus, With Pulse Methylprednisolone and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange

Abstract: Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is an atypical presentation of scrub typhus infection with associated high morbidity and mortality compared to uncomplicated scrub typhus infection.
