Rapid quantification of epigoitrin in the extraction process of Radix Isatidis using near infrared spectroscopy

Abstract: Near-infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) is widely accepted as an efficient technology for process control in the production of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
