Rapid prenatal diagnosis of common beta‐thalassemia mutations in Southeast Asia using pyrosequencing

Abstract: Pyrosequencing is a rapid and sensitive method to detect common beta-thalassemia mutations without the need for cell culture, thus reducing the assay turnaround time.
