Abstract:Noninvasive detection of protein biomarkers in plasma is crucial for clinical purposes. Liquid chromatography− mass spectrometry (LC−MS) is the gold standard technique for plasma proteome analysis, but despite recent advances, it remains limited by throughput, cost, and coverage.
