Rapid Phosphoproteomic and Transcriptomic Changes in the Rhizobia-legume Symbiosis

Abstract: Symbiotic associations between legumes and rhizobia usually commence with the perception of bacterial lipochitooligosaccharides, known as Nod factors (NF), which triggers rapid cellular and molecular responses in host plants.
