Abstract:Protocols of axillary bud multiplication were established for Dodonaea viscosa (Sapindaceae). Murashig & Skoog’s medium with 0.2 mg/l BAP with 0.01 Naphthalene acetic acid induced high rate of shoot induction and an average of five shoots per node. Subsequent culture enhanced the number of shoots.
