The development requirements for sports panorama synthesis technology, which rely on modern network technology, abandon traditional basketball training forms, and make effective use of the application and development of video panorama technology in the actual training process, are not only an important response to the current characteristics of students’ physical education learning and physical and mental growth but also an important response to the current characteristics of students’ physical education learning and physical and mental growth. In sports video analysis technology, a sports video panorama is a technical tool that converts an action video into a static action panorama to achieve the effect of action freezing and make overall analysis and mastery of the action easier. Shot segmentation is the foundation of hierarchical video structure, and it necessitates the accurate detection of all types of complex edited shot boundaries, as well as the effective distinction of motion changes in shots, in order to avoid shot boundary recognition being hampered. The synthesis technology for sports video panorama is investigated in this paper using edge computing and video shot boundary detection. After obtaining the boundary feature that describes the video shot, a comparison of this feature with a predetermined threshold value can be used to determine whether there is shot shear.

In order to effectively improve the quality of video image transmission, this paper proposes a method of digital multimedia video image coding. The transmission of digital multimedia video image fault-tolerant coding requires sparse decomposition of a digital multimedia video image to obtain the linear form of the image and complete the transmission of video image fault-tolerant coding. The traditional method of fault-tolerant coding is based on human visual characteristics but ignores the linear form of the digital multimedia video image, which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of coding and transmission. In this paper, a fault-tolerant coding method based on wavelet transform and vector quantization is proposed to decompose and reconstruct digital multimedia video images. The smoothness of wavelet transform can remove visual redundancy; the decomposed image is vector quantized. The mean square deviation method and the similar scalar optimal quantization method are used to select and calculate the image vector, construct the over complete database of a digital multimedia video image, and normalize it; the digital multimedia video image is thinly decomposed by asymmetric atoms, and a linear representation of the image is obtained. According to the above-given operations, we can master the distribution range and law of pixels and realize fault-tolerant coding. The experimental results show that when the number of iterations is 15, the CR index is the same, PSNR increases by 8.7%, coding is 23.7% faster and decoding is 15% faster. Conclusion. The proposed method can not only improve the speed of fault-tolerant coding but also improve the quality of video image transmission.

The nozzle spray range is an important parameter in the design of sprinkler systems because it affects the wetted area and water application rate. In this study, the jet deformation parameter kjet, which can measure the mass and shape of the jet microelement, was investigated, and a spray range prediction model for a rotating nozzle was established based on the modified ballistic trajectory equation. A comparison verified the accuracy of the model, and the degree of influence of different factors on the spray range was analysed. The results showed the following: (1) The dimension of the jet deformation parameter kjet is the length L, which is a function of the nozzle diameter, working pressure and nozzle elevation angle. (2) The maximum mean absolute error and root mean square error of the current model at a nozzle elevation angle of 24° were 2.038 and 1.603, respectively, representing a maximum increase in prediction accuracy of 87% and 86.7%, respectively, over other models at the same angle. (3) A sensitivity analysis revealed that the factor with the greatest impact on the nozzle spray range was the nozzle diameter, and the smallest was the nozzle mounting height. (4) The maximum nozzle spray range was positively related to the nozzle diameter and working pressure, and the nozzle elevation angle varied at approximately 30° when the maximum range was reached. This study provides a reference for the design of sprinkler systems and the development of rotating nozzles.
