Rapid detection of triazophos in cucumber using lateral flow immunochromatographic assay

Abstract: In developing countries, pesticides such as triazophos (TZP) are widely used in agriculture. However, the misuse TZP poses a threat to human health and the environment due to its high chemical and photochemical stability. In this study, we developed a lateral flow assay to determine TZP in cucumber. We produced anti-TZP monoclonal antibody with half inhibitory concentration of 2.013 ng/mL according to ELISA.
