Abstract:Platelet size is a determinant of platelet function.Here, a new microfluidic deterministic cytometry packed with Sshaped micropillars (S-MDC) was developed to rapidly and sensitively determine the apparent size (D app ) of platelets, which was used to evaluate platelet function.
