Rapamycin Inhibits the Production of Myofibroblasts and Reduces Corneal Scarring After Photorefractive Keratectomy

Abstract: Rapamycin appears to inhibit proliferation and differentiation of corneal myofibroblasts and, thus, may provide an effective therapeutic measure for preventing corneal scarring.
