Aims: The goal of this research is to propose a simpler and more efficient model for evaluating healthcare establishments (HCEs). With this motivation, this study aims to discover key performance indicators (KPIs) that affect HCE performance, present a ranking model for KPIs in Indian HCEs, and evaluate Indian HCEs using the identified and prioritised KPIs.Material and Methods: Through extensive literature review and expert opinions, this research identifies the various KPIs in HCEs, classifies them into six main categories, and prioritises them using the full consistency method (FUCOM).Further, well-known HCEs across northern India were evaluated and ranked using Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution.Results: The 'technology adoption related indicators' is found as the most important main KPIs, whereas 'adequate number of hospital beds and bathrooms (IE5)' as the most dominating sub-category KPIs. Also, amongst the 20 evaluated Indian HCEs 'healthcare establishment-1 (HCE1)' was found to be the best performing HCE while 'healthcare establishment-12 (HCE12)' was found to be the worst-performing HCE. The stability and consistency of the results are ascertained by performing sensitivity analysis and comparing the results with other existing methodologies.

PurposeThis paper is aimed at analyzing the inter-contextual relationships among the factors that led to inadequate management of electronic and electrical waste (WEEE) during COVID-19 using a subjective perspective.Design/methodology/approachGrey sets and a Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL)-based approach has been employed to identify the causal association of intertwined WEEE management barriers.FindingsResults reveal the lack of implementation of the legislative framework, extended producer responsibility and lesser corporate initiatives are some of the most challenging WEEE management challenges during the current pandemic.Practical implicationsThe findings of the study would enable stakeholders of WEEE management toward building resilient policies and effective implementation plans during as well as post-crisis situations.Originality/valueCOVID-19 led challenges related to healthcare waste have attracted a significant amount of scholarly attention, but there has been lesser attention toward e-waste management challenges during the pandemic. Negligence toward e-waste management can pose threats to the environment as well as human well-being.

Because remanufacturing preserves most of the ingredients in the original product, less raw material are used than making new products. This is particularly useful where there are critical raw materials in the productgoods where there is a supply risk. Reproduction is a production-assembly a process in which the materials used or Cores are extracted, cleaned, repaired or renewed Refurbished, and new or new Qualify for equipment. Recycling is the reprocessing of Waste products are their originals for the purpose or for other purposes. Reproduction At least original to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) performance Returns used the product to specification to the process and the resulting product at least for a newly manufactured equivalent warranty provides an equivalent guarantee. Reproduction is a more thorough and expensive process because it is more rigorous and works towards a higher quality than refurbishing. If the seller cannot meet the true definition of remanufactured, it should be considered a refurbished product. Alternative: Width, Size, Thickness, And Weight. Evolution parameter: Mounting Plate, Ball screw, Anti Ͳrotation guide, Belt drive mount, Belt pulley assembly, Motor Assembly. Result: from the end based on C Anti rotation guide are the result seen and got the first Rank, whereas the Belt drive mount got having the lowest rank. The Value of dataset for trapezoidal cubic reluctance in VIKOR method shows that it results in C Anti Ͳrotation guide and top ranking.
