Randomized Controlled Trial of Vestibular Rehabilitation Combined with Cognitive‐Behavioral Therapy for Dizziness in Older People

Abstract: These findings indicate that cognitive behavioral therapy can be combined with vestibular rehabilitation in the treatment of dizziness.
