Randomized controlled trial of trained patient-nominated treatment supporters providing partial directly observed antiretroviral therapy

Abstract: Background-Directly observed therapy (DOT) for antiretroviral therapy (ART) may improve adherence, but there are limited data on its clinical effectiveness.
