The covid-19 pandemic has become a national disaster, therefore the participation of all parties is needed in efforts to handle this disaster. Traditional villages with their customary law have a strategic role in handling Covid-19 starting from managing their territory to distributing social assistance. Through traditional village institutions, the Bali Provincial Government uses local wisdom in increasing community participation and institutions to be actively involved in handling activities and overcoming the impact of Covid-19. This study aims to determine the role of customary law to support government policies in handling Covid-19 in Bali. This study is a descriptive study in which the method used is a normative legal research method, using a statutory approach, a historical approach, a conceptual approach, a philosophical approach, and a case approach. The legal materials used are primary legal materials, secondary materials, and non-legal materials. Based on the research conducted, it was found that Balinese customary law plays a role in supporting government policies in handling Covid-19 in Bali because it is in accordance with the philosophy and principles of customary law adopted by the Balinese indigenous people.

Semakin berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada zaman sekarang, telah banyak menciptakan berbagai perangkat seperti komputer dan mobile. Setiap perangkat komputer dan mobile terdapat aplikasi didalamnya, aplikasi yang dibangun inilah tidak lepas dari proses pengujian. Sebelum aplikasi ini dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat tentu perlu diuji terlebih dahulu mengenai kelayakannya untuk digunakan oleh masyarakat luas. Proses atau metode dalam pengujian pada tiap aplikasi pun berbeda-beda. Ada yang menggunakan Teknik black-box testing, white-box testing dan lainnya. Penelitian ini, pengujian pada aplikasi Debt Manager akan digunakan dengan Teknik white-box testing yang bertujuan untuk menguji perangkat lunak dengan cara menganalisa dan meneliti struktur internal dan kode dari perangkat lunak. Maka dari itu dalam jurnal ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana proses pengujian white-box pada aplikasi Debt Manager. Pengujian dengan menggunakan white-box testing ini dilakukan dengan cara menguji di bagian fungsionalitas seperti menu buat utang, bayar utang dan tambah pinjaman. Pengujian dilakukan pada masing-masing bagian fungsionalitas dengan cara pengujian terhadap path, pengujian untuk menilai tingkat resiko dari prosedur aplikasi dan pengujian test case. Hasil dari pengujan ketiga bagian fungsionalitas menu buat utang, bayar utang dan tambah pinjaman adalah hasil valid pada tiap masing-masing tabel menyatakan tidak ditemukan adanya error dengan kompleksitas yang rendah karena hanya 2-3 jalur yang ada pada setiap fungsi.

One of the steps of accreditation for institutions and study programs during the epidemic is online assessment (AL-Daring). The availability of suitable information and communication technologies to enable the AL-Daring process is one of the consequences of AL-Daring. Supporting data must be provided in the form of a soft copy in the University Information System that assessors may access appropriately. How the Information System can help Study Program Managers and Accreditation Applicants complete documentation more quickly and efficiently is also crucial. It's also important to note that each Study Program and Study Program Manager will upload a large number of papers of various types and sizes. As a result, various factors that affect the quality of information systems, such as data and storage space availability, ease of access, and timeliness, must be satisfied. The AL-Daring Information System is being developed using agile methodologies in the aim of completing it faster so that it can be utilized right away and adapt to user needs. To perform successfully, this system was built using the Codeigniter framework and Google Drive Cloud Storage as a document storage medium via the Google Drive API service. SUS rates the repository system an excellent score on an adjective rating claiming the system is very useful and well-received by users.
