Rancang Bangun Mesin Pengaduk Dan Pemasak Sari Buah Markisa

Abstract: Proses pengolahan sirup markisa di Industri Rumah Tangga masih menggunakan peralatan yang sangat sederhana, sehingga kualitas dan kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal. Pemisahan biji dengan sari buah dilakukan dengan blender yang hasilnya masih tercampur antara biji dan sarinya dan bijinya ada yang hancur sehingga harus disaring lagi setelah dibelender.
