A comprehensive Webbased program (see Robinson, Francis, Simpson, & Rutledge, 2006), designed by a team of interdisciplinary experts (e.g., in Web technology, assessment, specific diversity areas) and using individualized modules across learning tiers, could be easily accessed and meet the CRISIS model criteria (Harden & Laidlaw, 1992).
