Rain Forecasting for Ho Chi Minh City Using Doppler Weather Radar Dwsr-2500C

Abstract: Rainfall amounts vary randomly over time and space. Rainfall monitoring and forecasting is a difficult task, especially for a short-term period from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
