“…The occurrence of a linear cord‐like lesion on the lateral chest wall is a rare cutaneous finding, which primarily directs the dermatologist toward a clinical diagnosis of IGDA . IGDA is a rare, self‐limiting entity of unknown pathogenesis with characteristic histopathological features and variable clinical expression, usually occurring in the setting of autoimmune systemic diseases, and also infections, drug intake or lymphoproliferative disorders .
