Radiology-guided percutaneous gastrostomy in patients with malignant dysphagia

Abstract

Проведена оценка результатов применения перкутанной рентгенассистированной гастростомии у 26 больных с опухо-левой дисфагией различной локализации. Освещены вопросы коррекции нутритивной недостаточности у этих больных. Рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки различных методов восстановления энтерального питания. Ключевые слова: гастростома, дисфагия, нутритивная недостаточность.The results of radiology-guided percutaneous gastrostomy were assessed in 26 patients with malignant dysphagia at different sites. The paper highlights the issues of correction of nutritional deficiency in these patients. It considers the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for recovery of enteral nutrition.
