Radiological Evolution of Fat Graft Used for Optic Neuropexy During Surgery for Parasellar Meningiomas

Abstract: BACKGROUND:Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is an effective adjuvant therapy for residual tumor after subtotal resection of parasellar meningiomas.
