Radiologic Differentiation of Intracranial Epidermoids from Arachnoid Cysts

Abstract: The authors recommend the use of fluid-attenuated inversion recovery and diffusion sequence MRI when definitive radiologic diagnosis of cystic intracranial lesions becomes difficult with routine computerized tomographic scanning and MRI.
