Radioimmunoassay Procedure of Serum Myoglobin in Case of a Long-Term Tocolysis with β-Sympathomimetics

Abstract

In order to establish early recognition of possible myocardial damage, the serum myoglobin level was determined by radioimmunological methods in 115 patients who were treated – due to anticipated premature birth – with tocolytically operating Β-sympathomimetics druing a period of up to 10 weeks.
