Whilst this body is well-known for the associated clothing (Glob 1998, 79-80), it was not until 1986 that forensic examination of the body finally took place (Brothwell et al 1990). The primary injury was the amputation of the lower left arm, and it was initially suggested that she might have died from blood loss associated with this injury.…”
