Abstract: Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of cancer induces an anti-tumor immunity, which is insufficient to prevent recurrences. In mice, RFA–intratumoral immunotherapy by granulocyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and Bacillus Calmette-Guerin resulted in complete metastases regression.
