Radio resource management for downlink multimedia services in TDMA/CDMA interference-limited cellular networks

Abstract: This paper addresses the radio resource management (RRM) structure and efficient dynamic capacity allocation techniques for hybrid TDMA/ CDMA mobile cellular networks to support downlink multimedia services with different quality-of-service (QoS) requirements in an interference-limited environment.
