Radio‐induced simultaneous development of squamous cell carcinoma and undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma of scalp

Abstract: Radiotherapy was commonly applied to treat benign skin diseases such as tinea capitis. Some patients treated with radiation have developed skin malignancies over the years. This article reported a 72-year-old man presenting with two distinct non-melanoma skin tumors on his scalp, including squamous cell carcinoma and metastatic pleomorphic sarcoma.
