Radio Frequency Microelectromechanical Systems (RFMEMS)

Abstract: Radio frequency microelectromechanical system (RF MEMS) devices are microscale devices that achieve superior performance relative to other technologies by taking advantage of the accuracy, precision, materials, and miniaturization available through microfabrication.
