Radio frequency as an innovative method to produce low‐fat French fries

Abstract: BACKGROUND: A large amount of evidence shows that excessive fat intake can increase the risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and cardiovascular disease.
