Abstract:The photocatalytic C(sp2)‐H functionalization of quinoxaline derivatives using potassium iodide as photoredox‐mediators has been described. The lower price of potassium iodide compared to standard photocatalysts, readily available substrates, and environmental solvent constitute make this method cost‐effective and interesting.
