Abstract:BACKGROUNDRadiation therapy plays an important role in the treatment of breast cancer patients with bone metastasis. Approximately 70% of patients are likely to achieve complete pain relief after palliative external beam radiotherapy (RT). The aim of current study is to determine the role of RT in palliation of symptomatic bone metastases from invasive breast cancer.
