Abstract: Background. Radiofrequency catheter ablation (CA) has been the treatment of choice in patients with accessory pathway (AP)-mediated tachycardias. Most of these procedures are done under fluoroscopic guidance, leading to significant radiation exposure to the patient and the laboratory personnel.
