Abstract:Multiple myeloma (MM) is an unusual type of malignant hematological neoplasm, which, mainly affecting the bone marrow, occasionally spreads to other organs, which is manifested by various clinical symptoms. Involvement of the gastrointestinal tract (GI) in the pathological process of MM is extremely rare. In this observation, we report such a case of damage to the horseshoe of the duodenum by myeloma cells, detected by radiation methods, confirmed by endoscopic and immunohistological studies.
