“…NIH 3T3 cells (ATCC, Manassas, VA) and GFP-expressing C6-R radial glial cell line derived from C6 glioma cells (kindly provided by Dr. Martin Grumet, Rutgers University) [51] were cultured in DMEM (Hyclone, Logan UT) supplemented with 10% bovine calf serum (Hyclone, Logan, UT) and 1% penicillin/streptomycin.
