Radar information creation with use of a simulation environment

Abstract: In this study, there are presented theoretical basics for the stochastic constructive simulation of surveillance radar sensors as a generator of radar information with the stochastic character. To do this, the mathematical model of the creation of radar information is performed. The mathematical model is afterwards presented in the form of an algorithm flowchart for the process of the radar information creation. The model will be applied as part of a simulator for the staff training in the Czech Air Force oper… Show more

“…The first part is the Event Calendar, which creates and arrays the events of entities in chronological order in the simulation. The second part is represented by ODE models of entities (Missile [9], Aircraft [7], Radar [10]) with its solvers, track and destination controllers. The third part perform as a Command Post (CP) / Fire Distribution Centre (FDC), where the C2 procedures are included, there is also applied the queuing theory and the probability distribution.…”

“…The modelling of a plane and air defence during a particular conflict and its solution has been published in [5][6][7]. However, in this case, quite a simple aircraft model has been used, and thus some of the attributes mentioned above cannot be considered.…”
