Abstract:Resumo A imputação da responsabilidade do impacto racialmente desproporcional do vírus COVID-19 à entidade “racismo estrutural” lança um véu que torna difícil a constatação das práticas racistas e silencia as vítimas ao mesmo tempo em que impossibilita identificar em quais âmbitos devem ocorrer às políticas públicas de promoção da igualdade. A definição jurídica do racismo estrutural da ONU nos permite resgatar o valor das narrativas pessoais para pensar intervenções institucionais com impactos estruturais.
