Abstract: PURPOSE Black women have higher rates of death from triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) than White women. We hypothesized that pathologic complete response (pCR) to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) and overall survival (OS) may vary by race/ethnicity in patients with TNBC.
