Racial differences in androgen metabolism and receptor signaling in prostate cancer

Abstract: Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and testosterone (T) mediated androgen receptor (AR) nuclear translocation initiates transcription of AR target genes that are pivotal for prostate cancer (PrCa) development and progression.
