Rabphilin 3A binds the N-peptide of SNAP-25 to promote SNARE complex assembly in exocytosis

Abstract: Exocytosis of secretory vesicles requires the soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor (SNARE) proteins and small GTPase Rabs.
