Abstract: The role of the vortex in cardiac remodeling should be understood as an etiopathogenic factor in the myocardial wall with its consequent dilation and not as a cause of this wall's alteration. It is not necessary to consider the random molecular behavior in the intraventricular vortex as maximum unpredictability. Randomness becomes uniformity.
