Quiz case of the month

Abstract: A 39-year-old woman presented with a big mass on her left thigh, of 4-year duration. The mass had slowly increased in size and was associated with slight pain for the past 6 months. She denied a history of trauma. Phys-ical examination revealed a big, round, fixed mass on the lateral side of the mid-portion of the left thigh. Palpation did not elicit pain, nor were there inflammatory signs on the overlying skin.Plain radiograms, CT and MR were performed (Figs. 1, 2, 3).
