Abstract:Antecedentes: Los quistes pericárdicos son masas poco comunes; ocupan el tercer lugar entre las masas mediastinales quísticas. La mayoría son asintomáticos, pero se pueden asociar a complicaciones serias como tamponade cardiaco, obstrucción bronquial e incluso muerte súbita.
