Quincke oedema following intrathecal administration of metrizamide

Abstract: The authors describe a case history of a patient who had, after intrathecal administration of metrizamide, a systemic reaction in the form of Quincke Oedema. The physiological and toxic properties of metrizamide are briefly discussed.
