Abstract:Most of the current chemotherapeutic medications are extremely toxic, exhibit little selectivity, and contribute to the emergence of treatment resistance. Consequently, the discovery of targeted chemotherapy drugs with high selectivity and low side effects is necessary for cancer treatment.
